I am Eric Seward Chairman of North Walsham in Bloom. I became Chairman in June 2023 following the retirement of the previous chairman Chris Roberts. Previously I had been a Councillor in North Walsham for 16 years.
The purpose of North Walsham in Bloom since it’s establishment in the 1990’s has always been to improve and enhance the visual attraction of areas in and around the town centre through planting and garden site projects. Our work has expanded considerably over the years and we now look after over 80 hanging baskets, tubs, planters and garden sites. This work is done by over twenty dedicated volunteers. We also pay for regular watering to be done during the summer months.
